The hoodia herb, used in Mega Hoodia, is a powerful appetite suppressant. The ingredients are 100 percent natural. The active ingredient in hoodia is the appetite–suppressing molecule, P57.
The usual dose is 1-2 capsules taken before lunch and dinner with a glass of water.
If a dose is missed, it can be taken as soon as you remember, as long as it does not clash with the next scheduled dose. In this case, rather skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose.
Hoodia is a cactus–like plant, indigenous to the Kalahari Desert in Southern Africa. The appetite-suppressing effects of hoodia were first observed in 1937 by a Dutch anthropologist studying the primitive San Bushmen in the desert. The Bushmen ate the stem of the hoodia plant to prevent hunger on long hunting trips.
